The Society of Endovascular Veterinary Surgery is dedicated to pioneering the science of minimally invasive therapy through educating and training veterinarians, conducting research, and establishing standards of care. The Society aims to save lives, ease suffering, and improve the quality of life for animals. The Society offers hope to animals by fusing technology and innovation with care and dedication.

Rationale
The United States is the world leader in developing and implementing advances in the multi-billion dollar a year human healthcare industry. Due to cost constraints, however, many state of the art therapies and diagnostic tests are not available to animals. Although animals are often afflicted with similar life threatening ailments and could benefit from this technology, it often takes years for cutting edge or even standard therapies to trickle down for animal applications. SEVS is dedicated to expediting the transfer of advanced technology and skills from human medicine to veterinary medicine.
